Quality Management (Traceability)
Abstract:
The laws and trade regulations for the quality management of food and feedstuff provide a sufficient framework. Only for single areas practical guidelines have to be adapted. Also the renewable primary products gear on these systems on the background of sustainability. The development of sensors and identification systems is formed by a better adaptation on specific conditions. Automated data networks in arable farming currently define interfaces between different providers and beyond system boundaries. Comparable systems for animal production catch up enormously in their development. As in the last years identification was in the focus, now it is the connection of positioning, space, time and information similar to arable farming.
