Abstract:
Human labour presents the most important and usually also the rarest factor of production in agricultural businesses. The use of ergonomic methods serves to improve efficiency and effectivity, work simplification and quality management. Within the scope of economical calculations, there is a considerable trend towards full cost accounting with a distinct allocation of cost position to particular tasks. In this context human resources should also be allocated distinctively and source specifically. More specific this is an ergonomic task. In the focus stands the economical employment of workload under adaptation of ergonomic circumstances to physiological and psychological characteristics of man.
