Economic Development of the Agricultural Machinery Industry
Abstract:
The impact of data management and process optimization in agri-business starts to increase steadily. Besides powerful agricultural machines more and more assistance systems, services, communication systems and electronical solutions get recognition and focus. Data recording, data provisioning, data transmission and referenced communication systems become essential tools to improve agricultural processes. Raising customer requirements, enormous growth of data volumes and knowledge together with increasing number of legacy solutions force communication systems to be a key technology for further development of agri-business. Neutrality, security, manufacturer independency and open solutions offer opportunities to achieve higher efficiency and productivity by help of software and services.
