Seeding Technology
Abstract:
Machine concepts that have been developed in terms of work efficiency, seed placement accuracy and ease of use determine the current trends in the seeding technology. Low draft machines that can be efficiently used on road and field, intelligent and automatically switchable tramline systems and the integration of precision planters for corn or grain in drilling combinations were presented at Agritechnica 2013. Scientific studies concerned inter alia with precision seeding, direct seeding technology and conservation tillage methods.
