In the last years the amount of transported goods and the transport distances in the agricultural sector are rising. This is especially caused by the biogas boom. Therefore a discussion is led regarding the optimal transport vehicle: tractor, truck or a mixed model. The transport capacities were optimized and connections with other transport systems developed e.g. front vehicles for coupling with semitrailers. The extension of Infield-Logistic with reload wagon can be observed in grain harvest, sugar beets and silo corn. In the area of information technology goods and data logistic has been connected to generate data early and to optimize logistic processes.
