Tractors Hydraulics, electrics, information technology – Joint development of energy-efficient and connected drive systems

Abstract:

As in recent years, electric drives remain the subject of numerous development projects. The drives presented here illustrate that electrical components are increasingly suitable for machines with high space requirements. The equality of electrical and hydraulic drive technology is also evident when looking at current university research projects. The data networking in drive trains has also been recognizable for years. In order to generate new product functionalities through digitalization, there is currently an increased search for possibilities to make IoT solutions more practicable.
